We offer Australia-wide shipping for all Exnia Office Furniture products. Our standard delivery service is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times for stocked items to metro regions range from 3 to 15 business days, with most items arriving between 3 to 7 business days depending on item specifics, order quantities, and the distance from our closest warehouse.

Delivery Locations and Services

  • Deliveries are made to ground floors, loading docks, or front doors as per standard practices unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon before dispatch. Additional charges may apply if specialized vehicles or extra personnel are required.
  • While we aim to consolidate orders into a single delivery, multiple items may arrive separately due to varying warehouse locations.

Shipping Costs To determine delivery costs, please add items to your cart and use the shipping calculator by entering your postcode. Delivery costs depend on item quantity, weight, and delivery postcode. Customer service will confirm final shipping charges, and a representative will contact you with exact fees. Some items are eligible for free shipping, while others may incur additional costs.

Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and we cannot redirect deliveries once dispatched. Customers will bear any costs for re-sending or storage due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Product Handling All items are delivered flat-packed unless otherwise specified or arranged before ordering. For oversized items, delivery may be made on pallets/crates, which will remain the customer’s responsibility to remove.

 

Assembly and Installation We recommend professional installation for all commercial furniture. To arrange installation, placement, and waste removal services, call 1300 500 837 or email sales@exniafurniture.com.au.

Returns and Warranty If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days. Provide photos or videos of the issue to aid in our assessment. Exnia Office Furniture will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened and in original packaging. Returns incur a 25% restocking fee, plus any applicable freight costs. We accept returns within 45 days of receipt.
